Self Care: Beyond the Basics   

True self care is about more than bubble baths and face masks. If you want more than another "solution" to your stress in the form of an expensive, generic "relaxation" method, look no further. Self-Care: Beyond the Basics will help you get back to finding the little joys in everday life and reconnect with who you are at your core. Learn how to use nature to be more present, find a way to move your body joyfully, use food as a source of both joy and fuel, and engage in reflection to improve your relationships.
